Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel a service, please contact your Account Manager or reach out directly to our billing department. A cancellation is considered official only after confirmation from the billing team.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order and before our team begins work on your project.
  • Please note: We cannot be held responsible for services provided by third-party vendors, such as content writing, website hosting, or any external development work.

Refund Policy

  • Our services involve dedicated expert effort, time, and strategy. Therefore, we do not guarantee refunds once an order is placed and then canceled.
  • For monthly payment clients, you are only charged for the upcoming month after reviewing the results and performance of the current month.
  • AR Digital Technology cannot guarantee specific results, such as search engine rankings or traffic numbers. Refund requests cannot be based on unmet traffic or ranking goals.
